Sponsors Opportunities
As with the
general operations of league ball we are going to need the support
of the community to insure the best possible tournaments for all
five age groups that we have been awarded for Dizzy Dean State
Tournaments. We encourage sponsors to participate in both sets of
state tournaments but we have established the fee structure so that
you have the option to sponsor just the week that a specific age is
participating. We will be doing one program for each of the
tournament weeks, not per age group. The ad rates are:
Business card in June or July program $25 Business card in June and July program $45 1/4 page ad in June or July program $50 1/4 page ad in June and July program $90 1/2 page ad in June or July program $100 1/2 page ad in June and July program $180 full page ad in June or July program $200 full page ad in June and July program $360 If you are a current league sponsor you can have your banner hung
during one tournament for $75 or during both for $135. If you are not currently a sponsor but would like to step up for the
state tournament banners will be $150 for one tournament or $250 for
both.
Any state tournament banner sponsors who make their payment by May
26 will have their banners hung during districts which are also
being held at Fossil beginning June 2nd. There will be 3 spots available on the home page of Fossil Park’s
website for $250 each. Web ads randomly placed throughout the
website are available for $50. If your business has a product or service that you feel will be of
interest to tournament participants you may want to consider being a
vendor. All vendors and their merchandise must be approved by the
tournament committee. Merchandise vendors can reserve booth space at
the following rates: $250 per day; $500 per tournament; or $750 for
both tournaments. Forms for each of the above items
are available here on the website
or in the concession stand or you can link to them below.
